V A L O R I Z E the project (2025) names and operationalises an underlying methodology used by [visionaries, artists, facilitators, culture workers, creatives, change agents, future designers…] to successfully realise unprecedented, change-making, culture-shifting work, as a route to being well resourced energetically, economically and relationally, with less of the compromises, contortion and extraction our systems demand.
The V A L O R I Z E framework is crystalised in the visual of a hand holding a glass prism; offering a direct counter to the colonial logics in art deco style grandeur, in which value is in what can be seized, mined or displayed; foregrounding instead the personal agency and inner authority to pursue an internally-felt, self-determined value (desired reality) as an externally realisable.
